WHY CHOOSE CASE MANAGEMENT
“What I’ve found the most in all my years of doing this work is that everyone is afraid of those first initial months back home.” – Jennifer Angier, Vice President of Addiction Services, MBH
In early recovery, the most important thing is uncovering the areas that you haven’t walked through yet and applying the techniques you learned during treatment. There are going to be things that surprise you, things that are triggers, things you didn’t even know weren’t working for you until you stumble upon them.
That’s where your Meadows Case Manager comes in. We want to make sure the conversations started in treatment follow you home. We’ve been here before and can serve as a guide, helping you create a safe space to recognize weak spots and address them in order to sustain the life you’ve been working so hard to achieve.
What to Expect
SUPPORT
We’ll never intrude. A case manager won’t be showing up in your home or life uninvited. Everything about this experience is an invitation into setting up the best results you can possibly have as you continue working to create the life you want.
We are so thankful that we chose to go with a case manager after our daughter went through treatment at The Meadows. Our case manager went above and beyond to make sure our daughter as well as our family had extra support and wise advice in helping make decisions during every stage and level of her recovery. – Case Management Patient’s Parent
